1. Life Support Coordinator
We are seeking a Life Support Training Coordinator to lead the development, coordination, and delivery of all life support and emergency code training programs. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical knowledge, proven instructional experience, and leadership skills to ensure a high standard of readiness and response across the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver BLS, ACLS, PLS, and NLS training programs.
- Coordinate mock code drills and evaluate outcomes.
- Support and train staff on emergency code protocols.
- Maintain compliance with AHA and DOH standards.
- Manage training schedules, equipment, and documentation.
- Respond to emergency codes and participate in audits and continuous quality improvement.
- Contribute to establishing AHA international training center status.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Nursing or relevant field.
- Valid QCHP license.
- ACLS, PLS, NLS certification (mandatory).
- Experience in life support training and emergency code management.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
2. Registered Nurse – Operating Room (OR)
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Operating Room team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both OR and endoscopy procedures. You will play a critical role in providing comprehensive nursing care, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and comfort during surgical interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and organization of the operating room for procedures.
- Collaborate with surgeons and medical staff to provide optimal patient care.
- Monitor patient vitals and ensure adherence to safety protocols during procedures.
- Provide support during endoscopic procedures, including equipment setup and patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about procedures and post-operative care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license in Qatar or eligibility for licensing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operating room setting, with specific experience in endoscopy.
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
