Sales Executive - HORECA, Pastry & Beverages

Authorization Level:


Division: Food Services


Department: HORECA, Pastry & Beverages


Reporting to: Senior Sales Supervisor


Subordinates: N/A


Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities “TDR”:


· Working towards monthly or annual targets.


· Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.


· Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.


· Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.


· Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.


· Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.


· Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.


· Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.


· Collaborate with other team members to achieve better results.


· Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities “KSA”:


· Minimum Bachelor's degree.


· 3+ years’ experience in food & beverages sales.


. Valid Kuwait Driving License & own car.


. 18 (Ahli) Transferable Visa.


· Ability to work independently and part of a team.


· Organized and professional demeanor.


· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.


· Good sales and negotiation skills.


· Ability to offer excellent customer service.


· Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.


· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.


· Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.


Compensations & Benefits “C&B”:


· Salary Range: 300 - 350 KD. +Commission


· Other benefits as per labor law.
