Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a QCHP LICENSED NURSE at Seed Health And Wellness Qatar. The Nurse will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients, administering medications via IV cannulation, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining patient records. responsibilities include educating patients about performing functional testing, performing diagnostic tests and managing the overall care for patients. Creating, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans with the medical team. Other responsibilities include providing patient education, communicating with healthcare providers, and implementing infection control measures. We are a small, detail-oriented team and we value attention to detail. 

Qualifications

QCHP nursing license

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing procedures and protocols

Strong attention to detail and administrative skills 

Experience working in a healthcare or wellness setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Fluency in English

Additional language skills are a plus

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field

CPR and BLS certification

MUST BE INTERESTED IN HOLISTIC HEALTHCARE 

Responsibilities:

· Nurse visits: Vital signs measurement, Body Composition Analysis, and Max Pulse HRV Assessment.

· IV/IM administration: Verifying the Dr.’s orders, 10 rights of administration, medication preparation, and cannulation.

· Test Explanations: Properly explaining to the patient how and when to collect their samples for all functional test kits.

· Blood collections: Making sure blood is collected in the correct tubes, safely inserting the butterfly needle with the correct technique to minimize pain, labelling the tubes, and sending the tubes to the lab in the designated container. Adding sticker record to the Lab tracking notebook.

· Colon hydrotherapy: Preparing the machine before sessions by precleaning and setting the temperature. Explaining the procedure to the patient (indications, contradictions, possible side effects). Assist the patient with the insertion of the tube. Reassuring the patient if they feel discomfort or pain. Administering electrolytes and probiotics after the session is over. Properly cleaning the machine after with the proper technique and PPE.

· Red Light Therapy: Explaining the procedure to the patient (Indications, contraindications, possible side effects). Cleaning the machine after the session with the proper materials.
