Senior Manager BMB Consumer Sales

  • Location: Al Batinah, Oman

  • Job Type: Full-time, On-site

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline

  • Experience: 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a management role

Role Description:

  • Manage and operate Omantel retail outlets in the BMB region, overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficiency in line with Omantel’s commercial strategy.

  • Implement regional operational strategies and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.

  • Manage store openings and closings and provide store managers with necessary tools and resources.

  • Ensure optimal inventory levels and collaborate with merchandising to meet customer needs.

  • Develop staff training programs, conduct store audits, and ensure adherence to company policies.

  • Analyze sales data, monitor marketing programs, and leverage insights.

  • Lead recruitment, training, and coaching of retail staff.

  • Prepare periodic performance reports for senior management and develop service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Develop and enforce security and safety protocols and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
