Qualifications

Minimum of 1 years or more of experience in real estate sales or rental, property management (Secondary Markets - Commercial and Primary Markets)

You need to have a strong passion for Real Estate & be hunger to MAKE MORE MONEY

A strong understanding of the local real estate market and current trends in Dubai

A strong sales background in UAE plus sales track record

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

A valid RERA certification and Dubai Real Estate license (Transferable to the company)

Thorough knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, latest property trends, and market fluctuations

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong sales drive and problem-solving skills

Adept at using CRM software and various marketing platforms

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field

Fluency in English is a must, with proficiency in at least one additional language like fluency in English, Arabic, Chinese, or French others being a huge plus

Familiarity with local zoning and DLD Rules & Regulations

Real Estate Broker

Qualifications

Experience in brokerage, real estate, sales, and real property management (secondary markets/off plan)

Strong customer service skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field, preferred

Experience in the Dubai real estate market is a plus

Professional license in real estate brokerage in Dubai is a plus

Fluency in English, Arabic, Chinese is a plus
