Urgent Hiring: Cold & Hot Kitchen Operations Manager


Key Responsibilities


Kitchen Operations


• Manage daily operations of both cold and hot kitchen sections


• Ensure food preparation, cooking, and plating meet quality and presentation standards


• Coordinate workflow between kitchen sections to ensure timely service


• Monitor portion control, waste reduction, and cost efficiency


Team Leadership


• Supervise, train, and schedule kitchen staff


• Foster a positive, disciplined, and collaborative kitchen environment


• Conduct performance evaluations and support staff development


• Enforce kitchen policies and procedures


Food Safety & Compliance


• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations


• Monitor proper storage, labeling, and temperature control


• Conduct regular kitchen inspections and corrective actions


Inventory & Ordering


• Manage inventory for cold and hot kitchen ingredients


• Coordinate ordering with suppliers and control stock levels


• Track food costs and assist with budgeting


Menu & Quality Control


• Support menu planning and execution with the executive chef


• Maintain consistency across shifts and service periods


• Assist with special events, catering, and seasonal menu changes


Qualifications


• Proven experience in kitchen operations management or a senior kitchen role


• Strong knowledge of hot and cold food preparation techniques


• Understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices
