Vacancy: Receptionist (Female)


 Job Opening: Receptionist


Location: Salmiya, Kuwait


Company: Trendy Nails Salon Co.


We’re looking for:


A punctual, professional, and presentable Receptionist to join our salon team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, manage appointments, and assist in daily administrative tasks.


Requirements:


Must be based in Kuwait with an Ahli Visa 18 (Transferable).


2–3 years of experience in a receptionist or front-desk role.


Comfortable using Instagram for basic updates.


Presentable and professional appearance.


Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).


Canva knowledge is a plus (optional — training provided if needed).


Responsibilities:


Welcome clients and manage appointments.


Handle phone calls, messages, and inquiries.


Assist in social media updates (Instagram) and basic marketing support.


Maintain records, spreadsheets, and administrative tasks.

Canva training provided if needed.
