Vacancy for Female only (Preferably Arab)


Location: Salmiya – Kuwait


Responsibilities:


Welcoming patients & scheduling appointments


Answering calls & inquiries


Managing files, reports & correspondence


Receiving & delivering hearing devices


Coordinating with digital marketing companies


Assisting the audiologist when needed, especially for children and female patients


Qualifications & Skills:


High school diploma minimum (Diploma or Bachelor’s preferred)




Proficient in Arabic & English (reading, writing, speaking)


Excellent communication skills


Proficient in Word, Excel & PowerPoint


Commitment to confidentiality and accuracy


Experience in medical or hearing centers preferred


Valid transferable residency is mandatory


CVs not meeting the requirements will not be considered


Working Hours:


9:30 AM – 1:30 PM


5:00 PM – 9:00 PM


Thursday: Morning shift only


Friday: Official day off


No single-shift work available
