WE ARE HIRING – RESTAURANT MANAGER (SOUTH AFRICAN NATIONALITY)


Key Responsibilities


• Manage all front-of-house and back-of-house operations efficiently


• Oversee preparation and presentation of Arabic cuisine, ensuring authenticity and quality


• Maintain high standards of customer service and handle guest feedback professionally


• Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage budgets


• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations


• Work closely with chefs and suppliers to maintain consistency and quality


• Implement strategies to increase sales, profitability, and customer retention


Requirements


• Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager 


• Extensive experience with Arabic cuisine (mandatory)


• Knowledge and exposure to other international cuisines


• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills


• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment


• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills


• Proficiency in English (Arabic language skills are a strong advantage)


• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
