Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager who thrives in the world of events — someone who can transform ideas into seamless experiences. You will oversee multiple event projects, ensuring timelines, design intent, and client expectations are met with precision and creativity.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with design and technical teams to develop event layouts, presentations, and creative decks using Canva and PowerPoint.
• Manage client communications, supplier coordination, and onsite logistics.
• Supervise setup, dismantle, and ensure every detail meets brand standards.
• Handle timelines, budgets, and task allocations efficiently.
• Support in developing project briefs and visual mood boards for client approval.
• Ensure sustainability and innovation are integrated into every design.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in event management or production (minimum 2–3 years).
• Proficiency in Canva and PowerPoint (visual presentation and pitch deck creation).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask under pressure and lead a team confidently.
• Eye for detail, creativity, and understanding of aesthetics.
• Tech-savvy and familiar with modern event technologies (lighting, screens, stage layouts, etc.) is a plus.
