Project Manager (oil & gas EPCM)

 Minimum Requirement 

  Bachelor honours degree in a relevant engineering discipline from a recognized institution.

  Professional accreditation from recognized US, UK, EU, Australian or Canadian institute. E.g. C Eng (UK), PE (USA & Canada), Eur Ing (Europe)

  Site visits to Iraq when required.

  Must have strong oil & gas EPCM projects experience.

  Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience.

  Minimum 7+ years in a managerial position.

  Should have leadership skills, and work as team.

  Ability to establish work plan, budget and staffing foreach phase of project, and arrange for assignment of project personnel.

  Fluent in English.

  Good Communication and Computer Skills

  Experienced in managing Brownfield Projects.

  Proven track record to plan, direct, coordinate and lead activities of major onshore brownfield projects in the Middle East.

  Familiar with implementing and using Project management Processes.

Rig Superintendent

Experience/Competence

Minimum 10 years relevant experience in land drilling operations with a minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory roles, including Rig Superintendent.

Experience with 3000 HP land rig is a must.

Project management capability. 

Apply to attain the competence with his level.

Understanding of logistic processes material as well as personnel in the company.

Able to demonstrate budgetary control experience and cost awareness.

Understanding of criticality of service quality to business growth.

Demonstrate excellent safety leadership.

Understand need of planning ahead and proactive activities.

Ability to communicate effectively at all levels assist in effective management of personnel and operations.

Ability to analyze and interpret data.

Ability to work in a multi-faceted and continually changing organization.

Ability to impact and influence people by enthusiasm, listening and giving feedback.

Ability to build customer relationships.
