Business Unit Manager
Job Description:
As a Business Unit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's success by analyzing sales forecasts, market sales share, and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Financial Analysis: Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, including budgets, expenditures, and research & development appropriations. Generate insightful reports to assess return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
2. Sales Reporting: Revise daily and cumulative sales reports, comparing them with budgeted figures to identify variances and take corrective actions as needed.
3. Strategy Development: Develop product and pricing strategies aimed at maximizing profits and market share while ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Management Leadership: Lead and motivate your team to achieve operational objectives by providing clear job objectives, challenging targets, coaching, and learning opportunities.
5. Coaching, directing and deligating tasks hield by sales team , technical support, training and application specialists , field service engineers , clinical solution specialist and Administrative department.
6. Tracking orders from the field of company and from the company to our partner's .
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role Medical Lab integration experience is a must
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Strong marketing and selling skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.
- Excellent vision to the Market/Market Expansion
- Good relationship with the related customers
- Effective negotiation, planning, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to travel for training in different countries .
