Clinic Coordinator




We are looking for an ambitious and highly responsible Clinic Coordinator to take charge of our premium dental clinic. This role is central to the clinic’s success — you will manage daily operations, lead staff, ensure patient satisfaction, and drive business growth.




Key Responsibilities


 • Oversee all clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflows and top-quality service.


 • Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance, fostering a positive work culture.


 • Ensure patients are followed up, all payments are collected on time, and service standards are met.


 • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and partnerships to grow the clinic.


 • Monitor inventory, equipment, and supplier relationships.


 • Track budgets, payments, and clinic performance, providing regular reports to management.


 • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.


 • Work closely with doctors and management to align daily operations with long-term goals.




Ideal Candidate


 • Ambitious, hands-on, and eager to grow with the clinic.


 • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


 • Able to multitask, take initiative, and manage responsibilities independently.


 • Background in healthcare or operations is an advantage.
