We are seeking a skilled and reliable Production Machine Operator to be a key part of our founding team in our new, state-of-the-art production facility within Sohar.


Key Responsibilities:


Operate, monitor, and control industrial production machinery and equipment to meet quality standards.


Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to ensure continuous machine operation.


Strictly follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines at all times.


Conduct quality checks on products and accurately maintain production logs.


Utilize technical skills, including basic welding techniques, for equipment maintenance and fabrication tasks as required.


The Ideal Candidate Will Have:


Prior experience as a Machine Operator in a production, manufacturing, or industrial environment.

A valuable asset: Practical experience or knowledge of welding techniques (e. g., TIG, MIG, ARC) for on-the-job repairs and adjustments.


Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.


The ability to understand instructions and communicate effectively in English.


Must hold a valid, transferable residency permit for Oman.
