We’re Hiring: Patient Administration & Billing Executive (English & Arabic/ Tagalog Speaker)




Location: Dubai, UAE


Organization: HealthBay Clinics


Employment Type: Full-time




Key Responsibilities:


Handle patient registration, appointments, and front-desk coordination.


Manage billing, insurance claims, and payment processing accurately and efficiently.


Maintain patient records in compliance with clinic policies and data protection standards.


Coordinate with medical and administrative teams to ensure smooth clinic operations.


Provide outstanding customer service and support to patients throughout their visit.




Requirements:


Proven experience in patient administration and medical billing within a healthcare or clinic setting (UAE experience preferred).


Proficiency in English, Arabic and Tagalog (spoken and written).


Strong knowledge of insurance processes and billing systems in the UAE.


Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.


Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare software systems.
