  We’re Hiring: Sales & Marketing - NVOCC 




OCTOVOY SHIPPING is on the lookout for a dynamic NVOCC Sales Executive to join our team! If you have a passion for shipping, sales, and building strong customer relationships, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.




Key Responsibilities




 Develop and maintain relationships with shipping lines, freight forwarders, NVOCCs, etc.


 Manage feeder slot bookings and optimize capacity utilization.


 Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.


 Generate leads through various channels, including cold calls, emails, networking, etc.


 Negotiate prices and terms of sale with customers.


 Communicate sailing schedules and service updates to clients and handle booking enquiries efficiently.


  Analyse sales performance and prepare regular reports for management review.


 Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the revenue growth of the organization.




 Requirements 




 At least 1 year of proven sales experience in shipping, logistics, NVOCC, or freight forwarding sales.


 Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills


 Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.


 Manage and grow an active client portfolio within the NVOCC and forwarding sectors.


 Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.


 Target-driven mindset with a passion for customer service.
