We’re hiring #IT Help Desk for a Pharmaceutical Multinational Company located in New Cairo

Job Description :

• Act as the primary contact for our customers as the “face of IT” 

• Ensure all customer interactions are recorded as tickets within ServiceNow 

• Install, configure, maintain & monitor all end-user software applications (Windows, MS Office, Outlook, etc.) 

• Escalate IT issues for resolution where appropriate and in accordance with the Helpdesk policy. 

• Supports hardware (e.g., laptops, desktops, Apple devices, printers and faxes) on-site and supports / coordinates for Roche Infrastructure (e.g. LAN, WAN and Remote connectivity) on-site. 

Qualification, experience and skills: 

• Graduated from Engineering /Computer Science or related 

• Minimum 1- 2 years first line help desk support experience of PCs, Cloud storage (Box & SharePoint) Office 365 and LAN/WAN infrastructure in a multicultural environment. 

• Minimum 1year hands on experience using an IT Service Management (ITSM) tool, preferably SERVICE NOW 

• 1 to 2 years’ experience in providing onsite and/or remote technical support to end-users in PC and Mac environments 

• Very Good written and spoken English is mandatory. 

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, resiliency in the face of continual change, and ability to handle high demands 

• Strong team player but also able to work independently with minimal supervision 

• Highly organized and must have excellent oral and written communication skills 

• Proven knowledge and expertise in supporting Microsoft Office applications especially Office 2016 and MS Office 365
