We seek an IT Project Manager with prior experience in business analysis and Salesforce to join a new project catering to our client within the automotive sector.
Work type: Freelance
Capacity: 10%, 1-2 hours per day
Responsibilities:
Manage project development and team members, ensuring effective team collaboration and project progression.
Execute and periodically review the project plan to align with changing needs and requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Engage with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, manage expectations, and consult on Salesforce implementation opportunities.
Proactively identify, analyze, and communicate project risks, proposing actionable solutions to mitigate them.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency in communication.
Schedule project timelines, review deliverables, and ensure milestones are met, adapting plans as needed to respond to project dynamics.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and their representatives, ensuring customer satisfaction and project success.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years experience as an IT Project Manager or Business Analyst, with a strong preference for experience in Salesforce implementations.
Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and proficiency in project management methodologies, particularly Agile/Scrum.
Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) methodology and its application in project settings.
Proven experience in project planning, resource allocation, and estimation techniques.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively and construct detailed work plans based on these priorities.
Commitment to high-quality standards and a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
Excellent command of English and Hebrew, both in verbal and written communication, to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
Legal Status: Israeli Citizenship/Eligibility to work in Israel, including relevant work permits or visas if required.
