About the job

Company Introduction:

Paramount Students takes the pain out of studying abroad for both students and universities. All courses across the country in one view, have a smooth application process, a great selection of nearby accommodation, a welcoming international community, and many local events and interest-based groups to create a once in a life time, culturally enriching experience. 

 
This is an UNPAID INTERNSHIP which will RUN FOR 8 WEEKS and would later on become a paid and official job after the internship ends given you exhibited exemplary performance. 



Responsibilities:


Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base. 
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives. 
Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion. 
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. 
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities. 
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives. 
Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing regular reports and insights. 
Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, set goals, and provide feedback. 
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. 
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. 
Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. 
Strong leadership and team management skills. 
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. 
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics. 
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. 
Customer-focused with a passion for driving results. 
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools. 
Willingness to travel as needed.
