About the job

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Supervisor at V-Thru. The Call Center Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the call center, overseeing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring customer satisfaction, and analyzing call center performance. The Call Center Supervisor will also handle escalated customer inquiries and provide regular reports to management.
