Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.

Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor performance against budget, providing variance analysis and corrective action recommendations.

Implement cost control measures and efficiency improvements in the manufacturing processes to enhance profitability.

Manage plant financial operations, including cost accounting, inventory management, and capital expenditure control.

Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's assets.

Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve high performance and professional growth.

Collaborate with senior management, department heads, and external stakeholders to support business decisions and strategies.


Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CPA/CFA certification is preferred.

Minimum of 12 years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing environment focusing on plant controlling.

Experience with multinational firms is preferred.

External audit experience is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.

Fluent in English and Arabic.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
