Description


Well reputed chocolate company needs a Food Nutritionist for Research and Development


Qualification : Degree in Food Technology


Experience : 5 years preferably in Chocolate and protein


Skills : ISO 22000 (FSMS), HACCP


Responsibilities


a) Develop new product


b) Improving the process of existing product


c)Implement ISO 22000 procedures


d) Responsible for quality control


e) Liaison with Purchase department for obtaining new raw materials


f) knowledge in Lab instruments


f)Monitoring Hygiene practices




Company benefits


30days paid leave


8 hours duty for five days


Saturday half a day


Friday off


Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate
