About the Role:


We are seeking a visionary and results-driven CEO to lead a prominent healthcare organization in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in executive leadership within the healthcare sector and a passion for innovation, operational excellence, and patient-centered care.


Key Responsibilities:


• Lead strategic planning and overall operations to achieve organizational goals


• Drive business growth, service diversification, and market presence


• Ensure regulatory compliance and high standards of care


• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders


• Oversee financial performance and collaborate with executive leadership


• Report to the Board and represent the organization publicly


Requirements:


• Master’s in Healthcare Administration, MBA, or related field


• 15+ years of leadership experience, including 7–10 years in senior healthcare roles


• Proven ability to lead transformation and manage complex operations


• Strong strategic, financial, and stakeholder management skills
