Marketing Associate (OMANI)

Description

To plan and execute marketing activities aimed at attracting new customers, retaining current ones, increasing market share, and promoting the company’s brand, along with driving sales of services or products.

Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Analysis:

- Analyze competitors and gather insights on the target market.

- Identify the needs, concerns, and behaviors of potential customers.

- Provide regular reports on market conditions and competitor activities.

2. Field Marketing Activities:

- Directly engage with potential customers either through face-to-face visits or phone calls.

- Attend relevant trade shows or events to promote the company.

3. Online Presence and Social Media Management:

- Respond to customer messages and feedback on digital platforms.

- Maintain and enhance the company’s social media presence.

4. Planning and Executing Marketing Campaigns:

- Design and implement marketing campaigns (both online and offline).


Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Familiarity with marketing concepts and digital marketing strategies.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills: (English & Arabic).

• Proficiency in social media platforms and basic design tools.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage time efficiently.

• Knowledge of target market behavior and customer preferences.

• Proficient in Excel and basic statistical report generation.
