    Key Responsibilities
    1. Business Analysis & Optimization
    • Act as the analytical decision-maker across both teams, ensuring optimization of campaign delivery, lead quality, and ROI.
    • Review processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions to improve campaign outcomes and resource utilization.
    • Translate business goals into clear KPIs and ensure teams deliver against them.
    • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing data, spotting patterns, and implementing corrective actions.
    2. Oversight of Deliverability
    • Monitor daily/weekly campaign deliverability for both paid campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok) and direct campaigns (Google Ad Manager, CM360, in-house placements).
    • Ensure campaigns are running error-free, on pace, and aligned with business priorities.
    • Validate tracking, attribution, and reporting accuracy to prevent data loss or misreporting.
    • Hold teams accountable for flawless execution.
    3. Problem Solving & Communication
    • Act as the bridge between marketing, ad ops, product/tech, sales, and senior management.
    • Troubleshoot bottlenecks or delivery issues, escalating and resolving problems quickly.
    • Ensure both technical details (tags, pixels, trackers) and business goals (CPL, CAC, ROI) are well understood across teams.
    • Provide clarity to management through structured reports and actionable insights.
    4. Reporting & Strategic Insights
    • Deliver data-driven insights, not just raw numbers, explaining the “why” behind performance trends.
    • Provide senior management with clear dashboards and reports on deliver
