Filipino Receptionist For Real Estate Company Job In Bahrain

Job Description:


We are seeking a friendly and professional Female Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth operations


Responsibilities:


1) Greet visitors and handle queries and complaints via phone, email, WhatsApp, and general correspondence

2) Take and ensure messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in a timely manner

3) Prepare rental contracts in the company format

4) Receive, sort, distribute, and dispatch daily maintenance mail to the maintenances team


Duty: 8 hours Daily, Friday off

Salary: BD 120 – BD 150

Accommodation: Standard furnished room to be provided
