    Location:     4461 Lebanon Pike, Hermitage, TN 37076 (in plaza with Dollar General, CiCi’s Pizza & Starbucks, across from Walmart)

    Cindy Puckett – State Farm Agency, Hermitage TN is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. We are a highly rated agency serving Hermitage, Nashville, Mt. Juliet, Donelson, Lebanon, and surrounding Middle Tennessee communities since 1996.

    Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are not required to start, but you must be able to obtain both.

    What You’ll Do

    • Engage and serve clients in both English and Spanish — in-person, over the phone, and via digital channels.
    • Assist with quoting, renewing, cross-selling, and servicing insurance policies (auto, home, renters, etc.).
    • Build and maintain relationships, deliver personalized quotes, and offer excellent customer service.
    • Work collaboratively with our supportive, experienced team to grow your skills and career.

    Qualifications

    • P&C license (must be able to obtain)
    • Life & Health licenses (must be able to obtain)
    • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
    • Motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on results.
    • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Salary: $42,000–$65,000 per year with bonus & commissions.
