- It undertakes mega Projects of Civil Engineering construction on a Turnkey basis and has the ability and reputation to complete the projects on or before the scheduled time. We are registered as Class(1) Contractors & Class(4) for Civil Infrastructure Projects with the Central Agency for Public Tenders in Kuwait.

- RECAFCO is in a position to undertake complex value and high technology Civil Engineering Projects having executed a wide range of projects covering Townships, Large Institutional Buildings, Multi-storey Car Parks, Commercial Complexes, Shopping Centers, and School Buildings - among others.
- RECAFCO has created for itself a niche market in the Concrete Precast business and is one of the leading companies in Kuwait with more than three decades of experience. The Company has in its possession a large specialized plant equipped with all modern facilities to produce precast concrete elements. All this equipment is serviced and kept in excellent condition by RECAFCO's house equipment service division.
- The precast Production Factory is spread over an area of 100,000 M2 producing high-capacity Concrete Precast Elements ranging from Piles, Pipes, Pre-stressed and Post-Tensioned Beams, Fascia Panels, Dolloses, and all Elements of the Building including Beams, Columns, Roof Units, Walls, Floor Units and Other Units as per Design and Specifications of Clients.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience and training
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
Membership in Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE) is mandatory
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proactive, self-motivated, action-oriented, and results-driven
Bilingual proficiency is a must
Responsibilities
Contract Management
Develop and monitor quality standards for precast production and finished products
Draft comprehensive contracts detailing terms, conditions, and responsibilities
Negotiate contracts collaboratively with internal teams and external parties
Assess risks and propose mitigation strategies to safeguard company interests
Ensure compliance with legal, industry, and company regulations
Administer contracts by tracking performance, deadlines, deliverables, and amendments
Resolve contract-related disputes efficiently↚
Maintain detailed records and provide regular management reports
Coordination
Organize all project aspects to meet timelines and deliverables
Maintain a project performance database to track progress and milestones
Assign and monitor resources to maximize efficiency and output
Act as communication link between internal teams and external resources
Cost Control
Review new project budgets and cost codes against estimates
Manage project status reporting processes
Review monthly project status and change order reports
Monitor project cash flow with project teams
