About the Property
Welcome to Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait at Burj Alshaya, a modern urban sanctuary in the heart of Kuwait City. A curated masterpiece of Middle Eastern architecture, contemporary art, and resort-style elegance, our hotel is the first and only Forbes Five-Star property in Kuwait.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

  • Drive the vision and strategic direction of the hotel’s entire Food & Beverage division
  • Collaborate with Executive Chefs, F&B Marketing, and Service teams to curate unforgettable dining experiences

    Operational Excellence:

    • Oversee day-to-day operations across F&B outlets, banquet services, kitchen, and stewarding
    • Ensure service standards align with Four Seasons’ Forbes Five-Star excellence

      Financial Performance:

      • Develop and manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and implement initiatives to improve profitability and cost control
      • Analyze guest satisfaction and adapt strategies to exceed expectations


        Qualifications

        • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive F&B leadership experience in luxury hospitality
        • Proven track record of managing high-volume, high-end dining operations
        • Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills
        • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and team-building abilities
        • Knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine and market trends is a plus
        • Previous experience in a Forbes-rated or Michelin-caliber property is highly desirable
