Now Hiring in Oman – Servers/Waiters/Waitresses to Join Our Hospitality Team 

About the Company
We are a leading name in the facilities and hospitality services sector, known for delivering exceptional customer experiences. We’re expanding our service team in Muscat and looking for dynamic individuals to help us maintain our high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the dining area
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
  • Serve meals and drinks promptly, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns swiftly and professionally
  • Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
  • Offer informed recommendations on menu items and specials
  • Handle payments and cash transactions per company policies
  • Keep dining areas clean and organized throughout the shift

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
    • Friendly personality with excellent communication skills
    • Ability to perform well under pressure and in busy environments
    • Professional appearance and positive attitude toward guests
