Technical Delivery Manager

Location: Riyadh – Saudi Arabia
Job Type: Full-time – Remote work available

Mobileum, a leading provider of communication and network security solutions, is looking for a Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) to join its team in Riyadh. The TDM will lead the technical delivery of large, strategic, and complex data integration projects, ensuring project quality and timely delivery for customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Build Mobileum product expertise for optimal deployments.

  • Build and review solution designs (HLD/LLD/implementation guides).

  • Perform deployments according to internal Mobileum methodologies.

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Report issues to the QE/Product team.

  • Communicate project statuses to the Project Manager and Mobileum management.

  • Escalate impactful issues to the Project Manager or Delivery Head.

  • Adhere to planned activities and deliver projects with agreed quality.

  • Guide deployment engineers and assist in resolving technical issues.

  • Participate in system audits, UAT, and launch readiness.

  • Post-launch – monitor KPIs and apply corrections as needed.

  • Work with team for transition of completed projects to Operations.

  • Readiness to travel as required by projects.

  • Provide technical feedback for product enhancements.

Skill Sets:

  • Expertise with Baremetal Servers, Virtual or Kubernetes-based deployments.

  • Basic Linux/Shell scripting knowledge; Perl/Python preferred.

  • Basic understanding of Oracle/In-Memory databases like Couchbase; SQL and PL/SQL knowledge preferred.

  • Domain knowledge in GSM/CAMEL/Diameter/4G/5G protocols.

  • Fluent verbal and written English and Arabic skills.

  • Tools: JIRA, MS Office.
