Job Description:
The Call Center Specialist will assist in managing call center activities, including handling databases, receiving and responding to calls and inquiries in line with ADAA policies and procedures, following up on actions, and ensuring excellent service for all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy and Planning:

    • Assist in developing, implementing, and updating policies, procedure manuals, delegation of authority, system user manuals, and standard forms in alignment with ADAA policies.

    • Contribute to developing and updating strategic, budgetary, procurement, and operational plans, ensuring alignment with department and sector objectives and ADAA’s mission and vision.

    • Ensure achievement of individual KPIs to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Operations:

    • Ensure best practices and standards are applied in service delivery.

    • Assist in developing and updating the customer database using ADAA systems.

    • Manage communication processes and improvements as required.

    • Respond to customer queries accurately and promptly per ADAA policies.

    • Develop and maintain call center service standards for internal and external communication.

    • Follow up on customer requests and inquiries.

    • Assist in preparing reports and presentations on initiatives and KPI progress for management.
