Job Description:

  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems on end-user devices.

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various systems and applications.

  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular maintenance tasks (updates, patches, backups).

  • Plan and execute system upgrades and migrations while minimizing downtime and operational disruption.

  • Generate regular reports on system performance, security incidents, and compliance with IT policies and standards.

  • Analyze data trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization.

  • Provide technical support and assistance to end users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

  • Deliver training sessions and create user guides to help employees utilize IT systems and tools effectively.

  • Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to address user needs and enhance system usability and productivity.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in system/server administration, preferably in the Middle East region.
