Role Purpose:
Responsible for collaborating with the HBMSU community and the LD division regarding student enrollment and progression, ensuring a unique learner experience by providing the necessary services and support throughout their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, monitor, and continuously review annual effectiveness plans, financial budget, and manpower planning.

  • Review current practices and propose new methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Manage administrative staff including interviewing, hiring, assignment follow-up, performance evaluation, and salary recommendations.

  • Establish advanced business practices using the latest technology to improve customer service.

  • Make learner data accessible for administrative purposes and research.

  • Prepare statistical reports on educational activities for government and educational agencies.

  • Manage the Registration Office staff, ensuring accurate academic records and preparing the Academic Calendar.

  • Oversee applications for Financial Aid and Scholarships, ensuring fair evaluation in line with HBMSU regulations.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely admission of new applicants following the 4Cs model.

  • Monitor academic rules implementation related to enrollment and graduation requirements.

  • Oversee Information Security Management System implementation, assess risks, and implement corrective actions in collaboration with the Information Security Standing Committee and AIT division.
