Job Description:
Europtima is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex construction projects across various business lines. The candidate will oversee multiple projects within the organization, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure effective collaboration and motivation.

  • Develop and implement project plans aligned with organizational goals and strategies.

  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including project status, risks, and milestones.

  • Allocate and manage resources effectively for successful project execution.

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Ensure all project outputs meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

  • Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance project management capabilities.

  • Develop and manage project budgets with financial accountability and compliance.

  • Mentor and coach team members to foster professional growth and high performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

  • Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in a senior role.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.

  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.

  • Ability to manage changing priorities and competing demands.

  • Familiarity with project management tools, software, and emerging technologies.
