MBG Corporate Services is looking for a Receptionist + Admin to join our Abu Dhabi office. This role will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors while ensuring smooth administrative and office operations.



Key Responsibilities:


Managing front desk operations, calls, and visitor coordination


Handling office correspondence and documentation


Providing administrative support to internal teams


Coordinating office supplies, meeting rooms, and day-to-day requirements




Requirements:


 ✔️ 2–4 years of relevant UAE experience


 ✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


 ✔️ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities


 ✔️ Immediate availability to join
