Role Summary

The Functional Consultant engages with potential and existing customers, providing technical support and consultancy for Oracle Hyperion products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Contact customers to inform them about products or services using scripts.

  • Answer questions regarding products or the company.

  • Understand customer requirements and provide support.

  • Enter and update customer information in the database.

  • Accurately process orders.

  • Handle grievances to maintain company reputation.

  • Follow up with customers for future support.

  • Keep records of calls and support interactions.

  • Adhere strictly to the quality matrix.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer support or related roles.

  • Successful track record in phone-based customer support.

  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM) and phone systems.

  • Ability to learn and explain products/services to prospects.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
