Arabic Patient Coordinator for Clinic

Job Title: Arabic Patient Coordinator – Dubai Clinic

Responsibilities:

Welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive atmosphere.
Manage appointment scheduling, including phone calls and online bookings.
Assist patients with completing required forms and documentation.
Provide patients with clear information about services, procedures, and clinic policies.
Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers for continuity of care.
Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasks.
Support patient follow-up and post-treatment care as needed.

Requirements:

Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in a healthcare or clinic setting is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on patient satisfaction.
Proficient in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
