Regional Service Manager

Job Summary

The Regional Service Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing service operations across the Middle East region. The primary role is to ensure that authorized service partners meet performance standards and deliver high-quality services to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support.

  • Conduct product training for service technicians.

  • Ensure high-quality customer service delivery.

  • Maintain communication with ASPs, distributors, factories, and HQ.

  • Provide product quality feedback to factories and follow up on claims.

  • Drive customer satisfaction.

  • Manage costs and revenues.

  • Perform service-related data analysis.

  • Oversee ASP appointments and delivery operations.

  • Set performance goals for service partners and monitor their progress.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners have the necessary resources.

  • Analyze service trends and implement improvements.

  • Develop and implement training programs for service partners.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

  • Manage customer service projects and initiatives.

  • Identify training and coaching needs for staff.

  • Focus on revenue growth through spare parts and accessories sales.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Ability to manage a wide customer base.

  • Knowledge and experience in customer service management in consumer durable industries.

  • Strong communication skills across various channels (email, phone, etc.).

  • In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

  • Ability to understand product technicalities and train service technicians.

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 15 years of experience in customer service.
