 Job Vacancy: Secretary

Company: Al Asmakh Real Estate Development Company
Location: Ar-Rayyan, Qatar
Salary: QAR 2,500 – 3,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time

Required Technical Skills:

  1. Proficiency in real estate contract management software or document management systems.

  2. In-depth knowledge of real estate contract terminology, laws, and regulations.

  3. Familiarity with local and state real estate laws, disclosure requirements, and fair housing regulations.

  4. Strong attention to detail for accurate contract drafting and review.

  5. Ability to perform title searches using online databases and understanding of title insurance requirements.

  6. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software for contract creation, data analysis, and presentations.

  7. Understanding of real estate transaction processes and standard forms/clauses used in contracts.

  8. Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and agent correspondence.

  9. Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple contracts and deadlines.

  10. Integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive real estate transaction information.
