Are you organized and detail-oriented? A well-established property management company in Kuwait is looking for a dedicated Property Coordinator to maintain smooth communication and efficient operations.

Requirements

  • High School Degree or equivalent

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate preferred

  • Good knowledge of computer software and office tools

  • Must be based in Kuwait

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain tenant contact lists and emergency information daily

  • Manage correspondence between tenants, contractors, and property management

  • Maintain and update insurance certificates for contractors

  • Process invoices accurately for tenant work orders monthly

  • Support property management in tenant relations and daily operations

  • Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately within the team

  • Assist tenants and vendors with building maintenance scheduling and procedures
