Social Media Specialist with Real Estate Experience

We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Specialist with a background in real estate marketing to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, building brand awareness, and generating quality leads through various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:


Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to the real estate market.
Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Promote real estate listings, new launches, open houses, and company events through social media campaigns.
Work with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce engaging visual content.
Monitor and analyse social media performance using insights and analytics tools.
Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build an active online community.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support lead generation initiatives.
Run paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn and optimize based on performance.
Stay updated on current trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices in real estate social media.
Prepare monthly reports on engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.

Qualifications and Skills:


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 2 years in real estate.
Proven experience in creating and managing social media campaigns for property listings.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, paid advertising, and analytics tools.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

معرفة قوية بمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي والإعلانات المدفوعة وأدوات التحليلات.
مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وكتابة النصوص ورواية القصص.
عقلية إبداعية مع اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل.
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية الضيقة.
