1. Carpenter & Painter (Single Position)



One individual must be skilled in both carpentry and painting work.



Must have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in both trades.




Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality standards.




2. Painter (Single Position)




One position available for a professional painter.




Must be experienced in interior and exterior painting techniques.




Knowledge of surface preparation and use of different types of paint.




3. AC Technician (2 Positions)




Two experienced AC technicians required.




Must have solid knowledge of installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.




Certification or technical training preferred.




4. Electrician & Plumber (2 Positions)




Two skilled workers required who are proficient in both electrical and plumbing work.




Each candidate must independently handle both electrical wiring and plumbing systems.




Should be able to troubleshoot, repair, and install various systems with minimal supervision.




5. Cleaners (2 Positions)




Two professional cleaners with experience in handling all types of cleaning machines (vacuum, floor scrubber, pressure washer, etc.).








Must have a good understanding of safety procedures and cleaning techniques.




Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred.
