*Electrical BIM Modeler*



- *Job Requirements:*


    - Minimum 4 years of experience in BIM modeling, with a focus on electrical systems


    - Proficiency in Revit 2022 (or compatible versions)


    - Experience with LOD 350 to LOD 500 modeling


    - Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, codes, and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC)


    - GCC experience mandatory




- *Key Responsibilities:*


    - Create detailed electrical BIM models for construction projects


    - Collaborate with design teams to ensure model accuracy and completeness


    - Develop and maintain electrical design models


    - Troubleshoot and resolve modeling issues


    - Meet project deadlines and quality standards




- *Location:* Abu Dhabi


- *Duration:* 6 months (extendable based on performance)


- *Trial Period:* 3 days
