  Immediate Hiring – Senior Procurement Officer - for leading manufacturing & electrical trading company.


 Location: Kuwait (Applicants must currently reside in Kuwait)


We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Procurement Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all procurement activities, from supplier coordination to logistics and documentation.


Key Responsibilities:


✅ Liaising with suppliers, processing orders, and handling Letter of Credit (LC) terms and conditions, customs exemptions, and matters related to PAI.


 ✅ Preparing Purchase Orders (POs) following the negotiation process.


 ✅ Managing price inquiries (RFQs) and vendor sourcing as per requirements.


 ✅ Following up on document arrivals from the bank and coordinating logistics and transportation.


 ✅ Preparing official Arabic letters and translations.


 ✅ Supporting government/public-related tasks — e.g., PAI, EP, Customs, etc.


 ✅ Coordinating with finance for LC establishment and ensuring timely shipment follow-ups.


Qualifications & Requirements:


Arab nationality with proficiency in English and computer applications (MS Office preferred).


 Male Only.


 Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar or related role.


 Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.


 Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be given priority.


 Must hold a transferable Article 18 residency.
