Office Secretary for a leading Trading and Contracting Co. in Kuwait City


We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Office Secretary to join our team.


Responsibilities:


- Manage office correspondence and documentation


- Prepare reports , letters and presentations


- Handle phone calls and emails professionally


- Support the management in administrative tasks


Requirements:


- Good communication and organization skills


- Proficiency in MS Office(MS Word, Excel, Outlook ,Cloud etc.)


- Attention to detail


-Previous experience in similar roll is preferred
