Description


Role Description




This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor (Civil) at VKS Trading and Contracting W.L.L., located in Riffa. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing and overseeing construction projects, ensuring that work is completed according to specifications and deadlines. Daily tasks will include supervising on-site activities, coordinating with various teams, performing quality control checks, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Site Supervisor will also communicate effectively with stakeholders, resolve any issues that arise, and report progress to higher management.




Qualifications




Proven Supervisory Skills and experience in Site Supervision


Ability to work efficiently On Site and ensure effective Quality Control


Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written


Relevant educational background in Civil Engineering or related field


Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously


Experience in construction project management is a plus
