We are a leading manpower supply company currently looking to hire a Manpower Coordinator to help us expand our business and manage new projects.




Position: Manpower Coordinator


Location: Jubail


Employment Type: [Full-time / Contract]




Responsibilities:


Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.


Bring in new projects and business opportunities related to manpower supply.


Coordinate manpower mobilization, deployment, and documentation for client projects.




Communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and management.




Prepare and maintain project reports and manpower data.






Requirements:




Minimum [3–5] years of experience in manpower supply or related field.




Strong network and good relationships with clients in the industry.




Excellent communication and negotiation skills.




Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.




Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
