We are looking for a result-driven Sales Associate to be responsible for all outdoor/indoor sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales. Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our services and recommend the right solutions.To be successful as a Sales associate, you will be trained on our services and product for a full knowledge as well as guidance and key accounts.
Responsibilities
Actively seek out customers by outdoor sales, meet potential clients and offer them our services.
Follow-up with clients on proposed solutions, offers and ensure understanding the clients' needs and demands.
Collaborate and work closely with operation team on achieving accurate and business sound solution to the client.
Cross selling of the company’s other services.
Maintain high levels of business relation and build productive trust relationships with clients.
Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Actively promote the company’s services by all means of communications (emails, social media, calls, visits etc.)
Skills & Competencies
Proven work experience as a Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Hands-on experience with sales business procedures.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
A friendly, smart appearance and energetic personality.
Ability to perform under pressure.
Fast learner and think outside the box mentality.
Have a great time management skills and well organized.
Eager to learn and seek knowledge.
Punctual and committed to the assigned obligations.
Qualifications & Experience:
High school degree; BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus
Must have at least two years as outdoor/indoor sales experience.
Proficiency in English
Arabic Speaking is a plus.
Proficiency in MS office.
Must hold residency permit in Qatar.
Driving License is a plus.
