We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator who will play a vital role in the recruitment and hiring process within our organization. You will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team in various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of recruitment activities. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to effectively communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders will be critical to your success in this rol
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Assist in the coordination and scheduling of interviews, meetings, and assessments between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage candidate communication, including scheduling interviews, providing necessary information, and responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interview feedback, and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or other relevant databases.
Prepare and distribute recruitment-related correspondence, such as offer letters, rejection letters, and employment contracts.
Job Posting and Advertising:
Post job openings on internal and external job boards, career websites, and social media platforms as directed by the Talent Acquisition team.
Monitor the effectiveness of job postings and advertising channels and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
Ensure that job descriptions are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant regulations and organizational standards.
